Savant started operations in 2000 with roughly 50 employees doing data encoding work sourced from local data processing companies in Manila. The task consisted of keying survey responses, legal documents and birth certificates. In 2002, Savant partnered with a BPO company engaged in the processing of real estate documents from the US. This started Savant's transition from a company doing simple data encoding work to a full-fledged BPO and KPO company offering specialized services.

The BPO boom, however, resulted in higher staff turnover rates for companies in the metro, which did not exempt Savant, and so the Management decided to set up office outside Metro Manila. The choice of location for the new office was largely influenced by its pool of Visayan talent at the time who were doing a good job at real estate data processing. Management was convinced that more talent of the same caliber could be found in the region, and so an intensive search for the ideal location was conducted. In August, 2007, Savant Iloilo was born.

In 2008, Savant started processing what would become its flagship products - Title Search, Title Examination and Title Policy Typing. There was no looking back from then on. Today, Savant stands as a formidable player in the industry with a thousand-strong workforce spread across its facilities in Manila, Iloilo and Antique, providing information solutions to property and title companies in the US.
