Information Security Policy

Savant shall establish an ISMS program for its information security requirements, that conforms to the ISO / IEC 27001:2013 standards and applicable requirements and shall be integrated into the organization's processes and activities

Data Privacy Policy

Savant shall process personal information if not otherwise prohibited by law and at least one of the conditions exists;

• if the data subject has given his or her consent
• if it is necessary and is related to the fulfillment of an employment contract with the data subject or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into or maintaining an employment contract;
• if it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the company or by a third party or parties to whom the data is disclosed, except where such interests are overridden by fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection under the Philippine Constitution.
• Savant shall process sensitive personal information only if it meets the criteria set forth under the Privacy Act of 2012.

When you visit and or email SAVANT to show interest on our services offered or to be a part of our company and family, you are also entrusting to us personal information such as, but not limited to, your name, address, contact number, email address and birthdates.

Commitment to privacy: Savant is committed to protecting your Personal Data and your privacy. Please read this Privacy Policy to understand the purpose, the manner and to whom we share your Personal Data being collected and used by us.

What we collect: Only your email address and your email's content are being received and viewed by us. Savant does NOT collect any personal data every time you visit our site or email us nor our system is using any cookies to store visitor's information.

What and to whom we share your personal data: Savant does NOT share any personal data collected, to third party entities for whatever purposes unless government agencies require it and or mandated by law.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

Savant shall facilitate on behalf of all it's employees, a vaccination drive with the objective to fully vaccinate everyone by 4th quarter of 2021;

• without prejudice to each employee's belief and acceptance of the vaccine;
• without prejudice to a specific vaccine manufacturer made available by the local government;
• in compliance and coordination with the local and national government's overall vaccination guidelines.
